Boosted Performance Parts provides fast shipping
services throughout Australia. Products may be shipped within 1 to 7 business days, subject to available delivery services. -
Shipping cost are based on the weight, size and the
shipping destination. -
Please note, there are restrictions on large shipping items, in the event you purchase a large item please contact us directly so we can assess your product and accommodate for your specific needs in the event shipping is restricted.

If a part is on backorder, we will notify you with an ETA before a final order
is put through for the part(s).

Return requests must be submitted in writing by either phone or email to 0431816536 or boostedperformanceparts@gmail.com within 14 working days of the purchase date which is shown on the invoice supplied.

Returns may be shipped or picked up/dropped off at the discretion of Boosted Performance Parts.

All returns must be authorized by Boosted Performance Parts. If returns are not submitted to the office, they will simply not be accepted.

All Return including but limited to freight must be paid and organised by and at the customer’s expense.

Only faulty or damaged parts may be returned or otherwise permitted by law.

If part is faulty or damaged, we reserve the right to inspect the part for tampering and will contact you to confirm the status and/or outcome of your return request.

Incorrectly order parts are not returnable or refundable due to safety risks. It is the responsibility of the customer to be sure of what they are purchasing.

All returns will incur a 30% restocking fee and/or a $10 surcharge refunding via Paypal transactions.

Depending on the reason for the return (exchange or refund), Boosted Performance Parts may to their complete discretion arrange for the part or product to be picked up.
