This product retains all of the function of the Turbo reservoir using the correct OEM cap (non-Subaru, or aftermarket radiator caps will NOT allow the system to work correctly), allowing air to escape the cooling system. With rotated turbochargers the OEM tank is to large and needs to be moved, relocated, or worse, removed. This has a substantial effect with maintaining cooling efficiency, as well as proper thermal syphoning through the turbocharger after shutdown. The Killer B Turbo Coolant Reservoir maintains proper cooling system function for maximum efficiency and provides ample intake clearance for rotated turbocharger setups.
